Building off the recent publication titled Marine Connectivity Conservation ‘Rules of Thumb’ for MPA and MPA Network Design, the Marine Connectivity Working Group has produced a Marine Connectivity ‘Rules of Thumb’ Brief, communicating the key messages represented in the previous publication. This concise document can be used by MPA managers as a checklist for progressing system-based marine conservation, resilience to climate change impacts, and to establish greater connectivity across borders and at larger scales.
