Graphab

Graphab is a software application for modeling ecological networks using landscape graphs. It is composed of four modules for: constructing graphs, including loading initial landscape data and identifying patches and links; computing connectivity metrics from graphs; integrating graph-based connectivity metrics into species distribution models; and visual and cartographic interfacing.
